The association office is the first point of contact for members; it is their so-called ‘help desk’. All operational services that contribute to achieving the association’s objectives will be provided by the association office. Supporting the committee is one of the daily duties that the staff of the association office have. Linking the members to the market and providing information about the sector to third parties are key activities at the association.
